Our first meeting is all about getting to know you and your business, so be prepared we'll ask you a few questions about your main business objectives, needs and specific challenges you are facing. We'll be especially interested in hearing more about the future digital product for which you want to build a prototype first and what you expect from the prototype development process. Then, we'll make an action plan outlining how we suggest you approach the new product development process. We will also share some of our expert tips on how to make the process faster and easier.

Ready to start working on your prototype? We'll begin with one or a few workshop sessions for you. Those meetings help us gather valuable insights directly from the people who know your business best — you and your team. Plus, it's a fantastic time for some brainstorming and collaborative problem-solving tasks, during which we'll figure out which prototyping tools and technologies we should use for the project and map out the prototyping process in detail. By the end of these workshops, you'll feel confident we're crafting a prototype that fits just right with your vision.

During the next stage, we'll gather plenty of data on the future product. Who is your target audience? What do they really want? How can your product make a difference? What key features should be included? This stage is all about asking the right questions and uncovering answers that help us tailor a prototype that will perfectly meet the target audience's needs. Once we finish the research, we'll have a solid foundation to build the prototype.

At the wireframing stage, we start bringing your ideas to life. This is where we sketch out the future product layout, user interface and basic structure, giving you a clear preview of how your app or website will flow. Think of it as a blueprint showing where everything goes, from buttons to images, so that you can visualize the user journey and make sure everything is where it should be. We'd love to hear your feedback on the designs - changing them at this point is still pretty simple, so we can tweak them until you're happy.

After we've sketched out the wireframes, it's time to add some style to the substance. We'll add colours, fonts, and other details to the designs and then show you detailed mockups so you can get a better idea of how your digital products will look and feel after they're ready. From the colour palette to the images, animations, and button shapes, everything will be matched to fit your brand's style and aesthetic.

During this stage, we'll create an interactive model that mimics the final product and ask you to click around and test how the app or website will work. It's a great way to test out ideas, gather user feedback and see what works well and what elements might need a bit more work before going into full-scale development. Plus, you can use the prototype to show the product preview to the stakeholders or key decision-makers to convince them to greenlight the proper development process.  

Once the prototype is almost ready, we'll ask you once again for your opinion on what parts of the product you are happy with and what might need a tweak or two. Later, we can also bring in real users to test the new website or application and give us their opinions on the product. After all, what is a better way to perfect your product than by incorporating user feedback? User testing gives us one more benefit - we often use the detailed feedback we get from users after the tests to plan out future updates and enhancements for the product.

Happy with how the prototype turned out? Now you have two options. First, we can pass the prototype design files, guidelines, and resources over to your in-house development team to take over the digital product development project. We'll make sure the documentation is detailed and easy to understand so the in-house team can start working on the project straight away. Also, if you or your team have any questions about how to proceed with the project, we'll be happy to answer those as well. The second option is to continue the development process with us. After we clarify the project scope, budget, and estimates, we will be ready to turn the prototype into a fully-fledged product.
