After our talk, you'll get an action plan with the following steps and our ideas on how to make the project a success. It's the perfect way to kick things off and ensure we're all on the same page.

Kick-off and workshops are where the magic starts. We’ll gather yours and ours team together to brainstorm, share ideas, and set clear objectives for the project. These sessions are packed with energy and creativity, aiming to put everyone on the same page and excited about the direction we're heading. We use this time to research your needs in detail and map out the best strategies for the UX design. It's hands-on, collaborative, and a whole lot of fun. By the end, you'll see your project begin to take shape and feel confident about the journey ahead.

The research (or design thinking) stage is when we gather all kinds of information, from user behavior and preferences to market trends, that might affect how your product is received. We also use surveys and user research methods to learn what the target audience expects from a product such as yours. With solid research in hand, we're better equipped to craft a UX design that genuinely resonates with users.

Wireframing is where we start to sketch out our ideas and bring them to life. Think of it like drawing a blueprint for a house, but instead, it's for the UX design of your new product. We'll lay out where everything should go on the page, making sure it will make sense for the people using it and be as intuitive as possible. This step helps you see how users will interact with your product and allows us to make changes before things get too complex (and costly). By the end of this phase, you'll have a clear visual guide of what's to come.

Now, we get to the fun part: the design stage. This is when we take the plans from our wireframes and add colour, typography, and images to enhance the designs. Our research data will also help us add all those little details that can make a big difference to the target audience's experience with your product. Our goal is to make sure all elements are visually appealing, as well as intuitively easy to use.

In this stage, we'll turn the designs we prepared earlier into a working model to give you a sneak peek of how the digital solutions you want developed will function. After the prototype is ready, we'll ask you to click around, test all parts of it, and give us your opinion on it. If you notice any problems or issues with how the prototype works or feels, just highlight those to us, and we'll adjust the design to better fit your needs.  

Feedback is an essential part of our development process. After showing you the prototype, we'll listen to what you and your users have to say about it. Such feedback is invaluable because it tells us exactly what needs tweaking or reworking, to make the final product be as close to your ideal as possible.  Based on these insights, we'll make adjustments to refine the final design and functionality.

Once everything is ready and polished, we pass the final design to your team, giving them all the files and detailed UX/UI design guidelines in-house developers need to bring the design to life. If they have any last-minute questions, doubts or issues related to the development and implementation, we'll be happy to answer those as well. Or, if you want, we can develop, implement, and optimise the new design ourselves - and then give you a fully-fledged, well-designed product that is ready for launch.
