The IT market has boomed in recent years with digital transformation changing the way businesses operate around the world. Around 5 years ago we wanted to jump in on that train and develop our own digital product.

Krystian had the technical skills, Jakub had the ideas and personal connections, so it seemed like we were the perfect team. We started working together on our mobile app, we had to learn everything as we went and do everything ourselves. We did manage to secure funding for the idea, but ultimately, the market verified our objectives

What we did wrong was not researching the idea, failing to plan properly and not testing the product. However, we did manage to build the app and gather a small team of experts who had excellent skills. This failure was what pushed us to think that we could use our experience and the team we created to help others not make the same mistakes we made. That was over 4 years ago.

Since then we have grown INVO exponentially. From a small team of 4 people, to a fast-growing software company with over 40 experts on board, we created an agency that overviews the entire process of creating and launching digital products.

We learned how important it is to understand your target users and the market before you spend any time or money on design and development. Those stages determine whether your product will be a good market fit. And that’s why we put such a strong emphasis on research, wireframing and testing. Everyone working on our team has to have an understanding of how to translate business requirements into experiences for the users. And that’s what ultimately is our mission - connecting your business objectives with the users’ needs so that both sides are satisfied. This is the key to the success of every digital product.

In 2019, to further expand our services, we decided to partner up with Connectis - Poland’s biggest IT outsourcing company with over 500 developers on board. With their resources we are able to offer expert services at a much bigger scale to not only support smaller businesses but also big corporations. Partnering up with Connectis has also allowed us to access a much bigger pool of talent and experts with different specializations, which is something many of our clients are looking for. We are able to quickly implement new experts into our teams and scale up or down depending on the clients’ needs. This is something that makes us a great partner that can adjust to your growth and support you along the way.

All this has made us into a very growth-oriented company. Both when it comes to our clients, our business and our employees. Everything we do is centered around optimization, testing and improvement. For our clients, we want to be transparent and involved with their products. This way, we get in deep and are able to offer the best solutions. We have the same approach towards our team.
