Our process differs depending on the specific position,but there’s a set of steps everyone goes through:
Send us your CV
When you send us your CV, one of our recruitment specialists will go over it to determine whether you’re the right fit for the position. We will contact you in 1-2 days to let you know our decision.
Have a quick call
with our team
We want to get to know you better so our team members will jump on a quick call with you to talk about your experience and expertise. If you’re applying for a design position you will meet with our Head of Design etc.
Complete the
recruitment task
After our call we will give you a task to complete (depending on the position you’re applying for, there might be no task) and let you know how much time you have to complete it.
Get feedback
and our decision
When you send us your task we will evaluate it and give you our decision within 2 days. We will also give you constructive feedback so that you know how we made our decision.
